Financial Contributions

Federal law requires the Bernal for U.S. Congress Committee to use our best efforts to collect the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of each individual who contributes in excess of $200 in an election cycle. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, and foreign nationals are prohibited. Contributions are not tax deductible for federal tax purposes.
